Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Akaame_Studio piece.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, size, or if the item simply does not meet your expectations. Returns are only accepted in the case of faulty or incorrect items.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions. After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will issue a full refund immediately using the same payment method used for your purchase.
