Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order.
If there’s a problem with your item — such as damage or a defect — you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that we do not accept returns for items simply not being to your liking, as each piece is made to order.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund immediately.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, but please allow 3–5 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
We’ll also send you the return shipping label, so you don’t have to worry about that part.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been approved and your refund is processed.
